Certain integration and partner arrangements are governed by separate written agreements and are not available for self-service contracting through this portal.

Terms governing access to the Kizuna candidate-facing portal, where applicants may view information shared with them during a hiring workflow.
For Candidates & Applicants
Kizuna provides workflow software used by employers to review background check results. Kizuna is not a background check provider or consumer reporting agency and does not create or furnish background reports.
If you want to dispute the accuracy of a background report or have questions about an adverse action notice, contact the background check provider listed in that notice or the employer — not Kizuna.
